“This industry always appealed to me because of the vibrant, passionate people it develops.” Josphen has been thriving in the hair world for more than six years. He especially loves the role that change and transformation take in the practice of a hair stylist. “I love making people see themselves through different perspectives.” He also loves that as a hair stylist he gets to do new things everyday and see clients embrace change. As a color educator, Josphen shares his love for new techniques. Currently, he is loving balayage and natural textures.
